At the weekend it was announced that for the 2016/17 season, Sally and Paul will be swapping their roles.

Sally has coached the Men's 1st XI for the last few seasons, narrowly missing out on promotion several times. She will perform the Head Coach/1st XI role for the Ladies 1st XI from Aug/Sept 2016.

Paul has been coaching the Ladies 1st XI for nearly 10 years and seen them climb to their highest ever position in Midlands Division 2, and will bring his experience of coaching and playing to the Men's 1st XI.

Both will continue to coach at the Academy on Sunday mornings and will of course support the coaches/managers we find for the rest of the adult teams. And they will continue to identify young players coming through and support each other as they adjust to the switch.

Both Paul and Sally are looking forward to a new challenge, and the committee thanks them enormously for their hard work and dedication to the club over the last decade and we wish them well in their new roles.
