The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 18 April 2018 at Flowserve Sports & Social Club at 7.30pm. Refreshments will be served from 7pm.
We are pleased to announce that we have been given 2 tickets to the World Cup in July, and these will be offered as a prize for those attending the AGM. More details on the night.
The Agenda and previous AGM minutes are available under Documents from this site. The Accounts will be circulated shortly to members. The Chairman's Report will be made on the night, and will include an update on the efforts behind the scenes to support the replacement of the astroturf pitch.
Due to rising costs, and to prepare for any potential pitch price increase, the Committee are proposing a 3.6% increase for Adult members to the Membership Fee - rising from £140 to £145, and a 3.8% increase for Juniors - rising from £80 to £83.
All committee positions are due for election this year. We have a number of people who have undertaken several years in the same role and are now stepping down. Therefore this is a great opportunity for anyone to put themselves forward to take the club forwards. Committee roles can be undertaken by non-playing members, and indeed this is encouraged to avoid over-stretching key volunteers.
