The good news is we are almost back to normal hockey. Inter-club matches and training sessions can now take place under normal game conditions. However, strict guidelines are in place and before you play hockey you will need to fully understand your responsibilities and also complete an England Hockey participation agreement form.
IF YOU INTEND TO PLAY HOCKEY OVER THE COMING WEEKS PLEASE COMPLETE THE SHORT ENGLAND HOCKEY PARTICIPATION FORM STRAIGHT AWAY.
You will not be able to participate in stage 4 hockey until this form is completed.
In addition, please read the participation guidelines from England Hockey.
Our club COVID-19 officer is Shanade Bradley (newarkhockey.development@gmail.com). As well as leading the coordination of our plans, Shanade is the club track and trace contact.
We are continuing to use our online booking form which can be accessed on the club website under ‘summer training’. The booking system enables us to know who played where and when – any register information will be held for 21 days then deleted.
Please book your space for training and if you are playing in the Beeston tournament you will also need to book your place and pay the weekly tournament fee. The booking system for Beeston will be open shortly.
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend hockey.
