With the confirmation from England Hockey of moving to Stage Four hockey, we are gearing ourselves up to start the new hockey season on time but mindful of the strict guidelines which we must all adhere to.
We are hopeful that Stage Five (return to friendly and league matches) will be actioned in time for our arranged fixtures starting in September.

Senior training has started, but please be aware we do not yet have access to the toilet facilities or floodlights at The Magnus pitch.
The times are:
Mens Training (13yrs plus) – Tuesdays 6.30pm-8.00pm from 18th August
Womens Training (13 yrs plus) – Wednesday 6.30pm-8.00pm from 9th August
Junior Training will start again on Sunday 13th September. More information will follow separately.
This training forms part of the 2020/2021 season subs and will not be charged.
To get us ready for the season there are some things you need to do:-
1. Register with the club for the 2020/21 season.
Our new season insurance policy starts on 1st September and only registered members are covered by the club’s insurance. At this stage we are not asking for subs, but we do need you to complete the registration form during August.
The link to the registration form is here.
2. Continue to book training sessions on-line
Our booking system enables us to know who has played where and when and may be used if we are required to track and trace. The data is destroyed after 21 days. We cannot accept you at training if you have not booked before-hand. We can have up to 50 players at senior training each evening with no more than 30 players in each training group.
The booking system can be accessed here.
3. Complete the England Hockey Participation Agreement Form
Thank you to the large number of senior members who have already done this. If you haven’t completed the form and you intend to play or train, you must do this now. You only need to do this once and it takes about one minute. Click here.
4. Read and follow the England Hockey Guidelines
To keep us all safe, please read the England Hockey guidelines for returning to hockey.
